KINGSPORT - Betty Jean Ewing, 79 of Kingsport went to be with the Lord on Friday February 26, 2016 at Brookhaven Manor. The family will receive friends from 5 pm to 7 pm on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home, 520 Watauga Street, Kingsport. A service will follow at 7 pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Earnest Steffey officiating. A graveside service will be held 11 am on Wednesday March 2, 2016 at Oak Hill Memorial Park. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery by 10:50 am. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
